The Chesapeake and Delaware Bay watersheds are home to a diverse variety of birds. Some, like the Snow Geese and Tundra Swans, migrate through the area on the way to nesting areas farther north. Most songbirds head south during the winter months. Many, like the majestic Bald Eagles, are found here year round.
